Good Evening Troops.
The Sunday Evening PalTalk sessions are discontinued for now - unless members want those get-togethers re-established. Attendance has been slim to none, with those several people meeting on PalTalk Sunday evenings also attending the Tues/Thurs regular Paltaks sponsored by the SAFBVA anyway.
Also.
There were 6 winners of the SW Region Sdn "Fishing Photo Contest." We can make it really simple to list the winners. If you entered the contest, you are one of the winners. I have notified Norm Morency of the SampsonVets Web site of the names of all of you and they will be published on www dot sampsonvets dot com along with photos of the prizes being sent to the winners.
Those prizes are in the process of being boxed up for mailing. Please, everyone, be so kind as to enjoy the prizes. They cost me lots of $$$ as will the postage to get them to you. Congratulations for your fine photos.

Hi Troops.
Got an entry into the "Fishing Photo Contest" from Michael A. Kubik of Santa Maria, California. Shows a nifty grandson holding aloft a large lake trout. Hard to tell which looks the better, the kid (!) or the trout.
You all have another month (31 days) to get your entries in.

As I was looking at some crazy stuff on the Internet I came upon some photos of animal and human hands, horse's hooves, dog's feet, and so on. My QUESTION is: Why do people and so many critters have 5 fingers (digits) on their "hands" and often also on their "feet?"
