After you become a member of the Southwest Region Squadron, you will be sent a copy of the Member Email List for your own use in contacting fellow members.

This Member Email List is not to be shared with anyone who is not a member of the squadron.

The Member Email List is in Microsoft “Excel” format.  You may not have Microsoft “Excel” resident in your computer system.  You may purchase a copy in your local computer store if you like, but it is quick, easy, and free of charge to download your own equivalent copy of “Open Office” by logging onto the web site, www.openoffice.org.  What you can do using Microsoft, you can duplicate using “Open Office.”

You can add the names and addresses from the Member Email List to your own eMail setup if you like.  We suggest that you keep this list separate from any others you may be using so as to keep everything clean, simple and easy to use whenever you want to contact your veteran comrades.
